When True, a summary log of the optimization is produced when the run finishes. If a ResultsFile is set, the summary is written to a matching ".log" file beside it (the ResultsFile path with its .rtr extension replaced by .log) — the deliverable in batch mode; interactively, that log is also opened in a log window.
